Yes. Short-term tourist rentals must be registered in the Valencian Region's tourism register, and the registration number must appear in every listing. New licences in Valencia city are now very limited, so we check your situation first. If a tourist licence isn't possible, we can manage the property as a mid-term (seasonal) or long-term rental instead.
